She was born Nov. 23, 1910, near Nash, Okla., to Loren Elvis and Emmeretta Renfrow. She was a graduate of Nash High School and Enid Business College and was employed by the First National Bank on Nash for seven years. She also worked for George F. Failing Co. in Enid, Okla., retiring after 17 years of employment. She moved to Rogers in 1994. She was a pianist and organist at the First Baptist Chruch in Nash for many years and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the First Presbyterian Church in Rogers. She enjoyed crocheting, playing piano and playing bridge. She was preceded in death by her husbands, James William Dark, on June 23, 1954, and Lee Smith, on Sept. 28, 1972; and one son, Jerry Dark. Survivors include two daughters, Janette Mosier and husband Owen and Jo Ann Collier and husband J. F. "Buck" all of Rogers; nine grandchildren; 17 great- grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at New Home Cemetery in Nash with the Rev. Rod Young officiating. Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 1901 S. 26th St., Rogers, 72758 or a favorite charity. Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home, Rogers.
