IN THE BENTON COUNTY PROBATE COURT

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
OF CLARA LANE, DECEASED
TOM MURRY, ADMINISTRATOR.
ORDER CONFIRMING FINAL ______ ________
     On this day is presented to the Court for re-examination the First 
and Final account Current of Tom Murry, as Administrator of the estate 
of Clara Lane, deceased, show that no ballance in his hands belonging to 
said estate.
     And it occuring to the Court that due notice has been given to the 
filing of said account current, as heretofore directed by the court, and 
that no exceptions have been filed thereto, the same is by this court 
re-examined, found correct, and is by this court in all things approved 
and confirmed, and the clerk of thais court is hereby directed to enter 
the same at length upon the proper record of this Court.
     And it appearing to the court furher that said estate has been 
fully administered and that there are now no funds in the hands of the 
administrator, belonging to said estate, and that all accounts against 
said estate filed herein have been paid, except the account of Mrs. J. 
R.[or P.] Campbell for $241.19 which is allowed in the amount remianing 
in the hands of the administrator as far as it will apply to the full 
satisfaction of said claim.
     It is further ordered that the said Tom Murry, as such 
administrator, together with his sureties herein, be and they are hereby 
discharged from liability hereunder.
