Also it is my will and wish that my wife Mary Potts have my waggon and two mules an harnis for the same together with a certain yolk of oxen now belonging to me. Also all my farming utentials and household and kitchen furniture and also one hundred dollars in cash. Also it is my will and wish that my wife Mary Potts have one hundred dollars worth of present stock now on hands. Also it is my will and wish that Elizabeth Wardlaw have out my estate one good bed and furniture. Also it is my wish and will that the heirs of James Morgan who was my son in law have five dollars out my estate. As to the heirs of my son F. G. Potts to have five dollars out of my estate. It is my wish that my other three sons have no portian or shear in my estate as they have received fair portian. Also it is my will and wish that after my just debts is paid that the remainder of my estate be equally divided between Elizabeth Doty and my granddaughter that I am raising and my youngest daughter Lucy Potts when they become of full age. Assigned and sealed in the presants of us the undersigned who beleaves the testator to be in his proper mind the day above written. Wit: James Wardlaw and G. W.
