USGENWEB DISCLAIMER: htp://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************************************ Lillie Reese, 78, Harrison Published: Harrison Daily Times Friday, November 27, 2009 6:09 AM Lillie Blanche Reese, a longtime resident of Harrison, died Thursday, Nov. 19 (2009) at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center at the age of 78. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, at Holt Memorial Chapel with funeral service there at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28. Ministers will be Brother Coma Rivers and Brother Doyle Burnett. Burial will be in York Cemetery . Pallbearers are Randy Ray Reese, Jr., John Thomas, Jr., Roland David Summerall, Dustin Wade Reese, Matthew Denton Grubb, Scotty Wayne McKinnie, Tommy Thomas, and Donnie Womack. Lillie was born Dec. 7, 1930, at Sherman , Texas , a daughter of Basil Lee and Rosa Johnson Webb. A dedicated Christian, she was a member of Dominion Life Church and served on the church board. She was very devoted to her family and especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Every day she looked forward to meeting Jesus and being reunited with her husband, Roger. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roger Ward Reese, Sr.; grandson, Keith Lee McKinnie; granddaughter, Remicah Joanne Reese; and brother, Bobby Gene Webb. Survivors include her sons and their spouses, Roger Ward Reese, Jr., Bobby Jack and Valerie Reese and Randy Ray and Connie Reese; daughters and their spouses, Bonnie Elaine and Glenn Tharp, Cindy Sue and John McKinnie, Sherry Lynn and Roland Summerall, and Kathy B. and Steven Grubb; a brother, Carl Basil Webb; 16 grandchildren;and 30 great-grandchildren Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place , Memphis , Tenn. 38105-1942 .
