Headline: Shelby S. Rowell Dies in Warren
Warren (Spl.) - Shelby S. Rowell, 80, died Wednesday at his home here. A 
native of this county, he had lived here all his life. He is survived by three 
sisters, Mrs. Birdie Easley of Seborn, Mo., Mrs. T. J. Carroll of Bastrop, 
La., and Mrs. M. C. West of Pine Bluff, and two brothers, C. T. Rowell of San 
Jose, Calif., and Wylie Rowell of Warren. He was a member of the Jehovah's 
Witness sect. Funeral services were conducted yesterday at Frazer Funeral 
Home. Burial was in the Prospect Cemetery with arrangements by Frazer.

Shelby was the son of Felix Samuel ROWELL & Mary Pamelia WAITES.
