Warren – Agnes Creed Rowell, 87, of Warren, died July 5, 1997, at Pine Lodge 
Nursing Home. Born June 7, 1910, at Gravelridge (Bradley County), she was a 
daughter of the late W.E. “Chuck” Creed and Mary Ada Givens Creed.  She was a 
former school teacher, a retired nurse and member of Immanuel Baptist Church.  
She was preceded in death by her husband, T.B. Rowell, who died May 4, 1988, 
and a son Bailey Rowell, who died June 23, 1956.  Survivors include a daughter 
Rose Mary Garner of Warren; three brothers, K.G. Creed of Bastrop, Louisiana, 
P.K. Creed of Crossett and Paul Creed of Camden; two sisters, Gladys Rowell of 
Mobile, Alabama, and Ruth Nutt of Thornton (Calhoun County); two grandsons; 
and a great-grandson.  Funeral services are scheduled for 4 p.m. Monday at 
Frazer’s Funeral ome.  Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.  Visitation will be 
one hour prior to the service.
