Earl James Moore, a resident of Holiday Island, was born Oct 4, 1923, in
Koshkonog, Mo, a son of Sidney and Zella (House) Moore. He died Thursday, Dec
20, 2007, in Fayetteville, at the age of 84.
  Mr Moore was a veteran, having served in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He was
also a member of Grace Lutheran Church of Holiday Island.
  Mr Moore is survived by one son, James Moore and his wife Deana of Holiday
Island; one daughter, Patsy Christman of San Dimas, Calif; one sister, Ruby
McCrackin of Tulsa, Okla; numerous grandchildren; and a host of other family and
friends.
  He was preceded in death by his paretnt; one daughter, Beverly Spike; his first
wife, Virginia Moore, one great-grandchild; two sisters, Nola and Anna; and one
brother, Jesse.
  Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made
to Grace Lutheran Church, 179 Holiday Island Dr, Holiday Island, AR 72631.
