From the ARKANSAS GAZETTE, 4 Aug 1974DERMOTT - Mrs. Nora Neal (Neel) Bishop, age 
82, of Dermott died Friday.  She was a member of Dermott United Methodist Church.  
Survivors include her husband, Charley Bishop;  four sons, Charles E Bishop of 
Illinois, Robert A Bishop of Lockesburg (AR), and Paul and W. C. Bishop, both of 
(Shreveport) Louisiana;  four daughters, Mrs. Louise Dennington and Mrs. Mildred 
Bates,both of Dermott, Mrs. Martha Chandler of McGehee and Mrs. Mary Dell (should 
read Nell) Crowder of (Shreveport) La.; four sisters, Mrs. E. A. Doles of (Bonita) 
La., Mrs. Ethel Farrar of Hamburg, Mrs. Blanche Montgomery of McGehee and Mrs. 
E. A. McDermott of Crossett, 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.  Funeral 
will be at Downey Funeral Chapel here. Burial will be at Dermott Cemetery.
