All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm *********************************************************** Born on October 6, 1858, in Waldron, Arkansas, Rosalie Belle Moles was the daughter of Colonel Jacob Cooper Moles and Rebecca Reed Moles. She was raised in the Methodist Church and her family moved to Arkadelphia, Arkansas shortly after the close of the Civil War. She married John Elkanah Whiteside on November 21, 1875, in Missouri City, Nevada County, Arkansas. She had several children, including Rema (born about 1877), Charles (born about 1878), Chris, Garret and John (born in 1884). She passed away in 1919.
