NELLIE VIOLA MORRIS Mrs. Nellie Viola Morris, aged 76, of Okolona, died Thursday in the Clark County Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Okolona Baptist Church. Born in Pulaski County December 05, 1899, she had lived most of her life in Okolona. Survivors include her husband, R.O. Morris; three sons, Carl Dean Morris of Wabash, Eugene Morris of O'Fallon, Missouri and George Morris of Okolona; two brothers, Jack and Bluford Hartnett, both of Little Rock; three sisters, Mrs. Annie Tillery of Owensville, Mrs. Violet Adams of Little Rock and Mrs. Byrd Keaton of Benton; and six grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Okolona Baptist Church by Rev. Charles Conner and Rev. Edward Turner. Burial was in the Sparkman Cemetery at 2 p.m. by Murry Ruggles Funeral Service. Active pallbearers were Millard McCauley, Bill Phillips, Edmund Myers, Calvin Jacques, Bill McMaster and Bill Thompson. Honorary pallbearers were Henry Rushing, George Green, George Stauber, Buren Harden, Joe McCauley and Jerry Malcom. ************************************************************************
