She was the widow of Harold Black Sloan who was a member of the well known drug store firm of Sloan Brothers. She was a member of the Methodist Church and many other civic and Church groups in the city of Arkadelphia. She is survived by one son, Paul K. Sloan of Utah; one daughter, Mrs. Claude Ervin of Newport; one brother, Frank Kilby of Florida and four grandchildren. The funeral services were held Sunday in Newport by Jackson Funeral Service and burial with graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Monday in Rose Hill Cemetery in Arkadelphia. ************************************************************************
