(Lovejoy) Burns, thirty-four years of age, died at his home in Rector on Thursday morning, October 24 (1929), after a long period of sickness with tuberculosis. He and Mrs. Burns had lived in Arizona sometime for the benefit of their health, but returned to Rector several months ago. He was born in Clay County and lived here most of his life, and was well known by many of our citizens. He is survived by his widow Mrs. Addie Burns, and by his parents, Mr. and Mrs R. C. Burns. Funeral services will be conducted today at the home The body will be buried at the Woodland Heights Cemetery. ************************************************************************
