Mrs. Ora Mae Heslep Gentry, 91, of North Little Rock died Sunday (Aug. 24, 1997).
Born Sept. 18, 1905, in Faulkner County, daughter of LutherDoyle and Sarah 
Elizabeth Jones Heslep, she was the widow of Elbert Gentry and a Protestant. She 
was also preceded in death by a daughterand a granddaughter. Survivors are a son, 
James Carthel Gentry of North Little Rock; four daughters, Laura N. Cole of Little 
Rock, Ina L. Johnson of Lonoke and Virginia L. Patrick and Dorothy E. Atwood, both
of North Little Rock; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and six great-
great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at North Little 
Rock Funeral Home with the Rev. George Mutton officiating. Burial will be in 
Harmony Cemetery in Faulkner County. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at the 
funeral home. Memorials may be made to Baptist Hospice, 11900 Colonel Glenn Road,
