Mrs. Sara Eunie Roberts, 77, of Benton, stepmother of Henrietta Finch of Conway, 
died Tuesday (Aug. 26, 1997) at Rosecare II Nursing Home in Benton. Born July 25, 
1920, in Nashville (Howard County), she was the widow of James L. Roberts, a 
retired nurse at the Benton Services Center and a member of New Prospect Baptist 
Church in Benton.  Other survivors are two sons, James Worley of Hot Springs and 
Ricky Roberts of Smackover (Union County); three daughters, Frances Pamplin of 
Monticello, Evelyn Hunter of Yorktown, Texas, and Barbara Fisher of Lonsdale 
(Garland County); four stepsons, Leroy Roberts of Mountain Home, Clarence Roberts
of Sardis (Saline County), Kenneth Roberts of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Lester 
Roberts of Little Rock; another stepdaughter, Billie Ruth Roberts of Corpus 
Christi; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; 
and several stepgrandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Ashby 
Funeral Home in Benton with the Rev. Carl Wright officiating. Burial will be in 
Pinecrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
