Smith Willie Smith, 76, Jonesboro, Route 5, died shortly after noon yesterday in St. Bernard's Hospital. He was born in Smithville, lived in Bono most of his life and moved to Jonesboro eight years ago. He was a Baptist. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Novie Smith, of the home; one son, Lewis Smith of Jonesboro; two daughters, Mrs. Lois Staggs, West Memphis, and Mrs. Lucille Henson of Jonesboro; four sisters, Effie Smith of Smithville, Mrs. Mary Ann Moore, Mrs. Lizie Hamilton and Mrs. Marie Carson, all of Jonesboro; three brothers, Bobby Smith of Smithville, Billy Smith of Jonesboro and Joe Smith, Bono; and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be this afternoon at 2 in the Old Enterprise Church. Elder Pete Shelton will officiate, and burial will be in Old Enterprise Cemetery.
