M.-New York Times, Jun.6,1911-Col.F.M.Locke, Chairman of the Texas secession convention which deposed Gov.Sam Houston, died suddenly last night at his home in El Paso, aged 87. Col.Locke fought through the Mexican war, and was a Colonel in the Confederate Army. He founded the town of Alma, Arkansas, and was the first Agricultural Commissioner of Arkansas.
