Edith McCollum
FORDYCE -- Edith Annette McCollum, 67, of Fordyce, died April 5, 2002, in
Dallas County Hospital at Fordyce.
Born February 20, 1935, at Strong (Union County), she was a daughter of
the late Archie Pickett and Maggie Lenora Bentford Pickett.
She was a retired teller for AP&L.
She was a member of Temple Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Tony Wallace Jr. of Fordyce; four brothers,
Virgil Pickett of Camden, Randy Pickett of Alabama, Willie Pickett of
Monroe, Louisiana, and Marvin Frisbee of Strong; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Benton Funeral Home of
Fordyce with the Rev. Mike McEuen officiating. Burial will be in Stoney
Point Cemetery at Fordyce.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
