 James "Jack" Stone, 85 of McGehee, Ark died August 27 2001, at
Wagnon Nursing Center at Warren, Ark. Born January 10, 1918,
McGehee, Ark, he was the son of the late Jess and Sudie Lane Stone.

He was a Baptist. He was in the the Navy (C.B.) during the World War 
II.

He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Mae Dean Stone
and a son Lee Junior Stone. Survivors include one son, Bonnie Joe 
Stone of Baker, Louisiana; one daughter: Bertie May Stone McClurg 
of Surfside Beach, Tx Graveside services Aug. 30, 2001 McGehee Cemetry 
with Rev. George Waldrup officiating. Arrangements by Griffin Funeral 
Service of McGehee.
