Bond a resident of above named Filed Dec. 26/95 State and County do this day name constitute and appoint R.P. Bond a resident of Claiborne Parish,La. my true and lawful agent and attorney in fact to act for me and in my stead in the sale and disposition of any and all real estate situated in Claiborne, La. belonging to the succession of G.F. Bond deceased late of said Parish in which I have an interest and also in the sale of any and all personal property belonging. Giving my said agent power to sign my name to any deed of conveyance or other documents that may be necessary in selling said property real and personal.
