Born September 11th, 1934 to the late Irie and Beatrice Wilson Biggs, Mrs. Derrick’s life’s love was her family, and helping anyone in need. She was a member of the Conway Pentecostal Church Of God. Survivors include: her husband, Sammy Derrick of Conway, a daughter; Jeanette Morris and husband Marshall of Conway, a grandson; Michael Caldwell and wife Marcie of Conway, a great-granddaughter; Madeline Caldwell of Conway, and a sister; Mary Derrick of Austin. She was a second mother to her niece, Stephanie Gedwed-Henderson, and a nanny to her great nephew, Jansen Gedwed. Services will be Saturday, June 16th, 3:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, with burial to follow at Republican Cemetery in Greenbrier.
