Guy Foster

Guy W Foster, 78, of Ozark died Monday, Dec 31, 2007, in his home.
  The son of Alfred and Clara McCartney Foster, he was born July 29, 1919, in
Ozark. He was retired from Arkansas Western Gas Company and was a member of
Grenades Chapel Methodist Church.
  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Foster Adams; and four sisters,
Lillian Parker, Betty Hardgraves, Alta Johnson and Joyce Crooks.
  Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Velma Smith Foster; a son, Orla Larsen
and wife Renna of Ozark; two sisters, Rhoda Kelly and Marcella Mitchell, both of
Ozark; a brother, Tommy Foster and wife Mary of Ozark; a granddaughter, Lara
Wilcox, husband Sam, and son Caleb; a grandson, Travis Adams and wife Kim of
Ozark; and nine great-grandchildren.
  Funeral services will be at 2 pm Thursday at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in
Ozark, with Burial at Jackson Cemetery, Ozark.
  Pallbearers will be nephews.
  The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 pm today (Wednesday) at the
funeral home.
