To any Person Authorized by Law to Solemnize Marriage, Greetings
You are hereby commanded  to solomnize the rite and publish the bans of
Matrimony between Mr. John W. Bookout of Wiseman in the County of Izard
County, State of Arkansas aged 22 years and Miss Lula Pogue of Wiseman in
the County of Izard and State of Arkansas aged 20 years, according to law
and do you officially sign and return this License to the parties herein
named.
Witness my hand and official seal this 9 day of June, 1906.
