To any person authorized by law to solemnize marriage-greeting:
You are hereby commanded to solemnize the Rite and publish the Banns of
Matrimony between Mr. James A. Jenkins of Elizabeth in the County of
Fulton and State of Arkansas, aged 25 years, and Miss Lula M. Coleman
of Byron in the County of Fulton and State of Arkansas, aged 22 years:
according to law, and do you officially sign and return this License to
the parties herein named.
