BANFIELD ******************** Clarence V. Banfield, 70, of Hot Springs died Tues., Jan. 7, 1997, at his home. Born May 22, 1926, he was Pentecostal and retired from Shirley Construction Co. He was predeceased by his wife, Bertha Banfield, and parents, John and Pearl Banfield, and a brother, Raymond Banfield. Survivors include two brothers, Robert A. Banfield of Hot Springs and John Banfield of Little Rock; two sisters, Mary Lou Makara of Michigan and Edna Mae France of Fort Worth, Texas; nieces; and nephews. Services will be 2 p.m. Fri. in Morning Star Cemetery with Brother Jim Cain officiating. Arrangements are by Gross Funeral Home. The Sentinel-Record January 10, 1997 CLARENCE V.
