BROOKS *************** MALVERN--Hazel Amanda Brooks, 85, of Malvern died Wed., Feb. 5, 1997, in a nursing home. Born April 11, 1911, to James Mansfield and Ida Walker Bishop, she was a retired textile mill weaver and member of North Malvern Assembly of God Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Worthy Brooks. Survivors include six nieces, Ruby Stanfiell, Margaret Davenport, Kathyleen Chapman, LaVerne Burris and Evagene Douglas, all of Malvern, and Opal Yount of Oklahoma City; nieces; and nephews. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Harp Cemetery with the Rev. Pat Bland officiating. Arrangements are by Atkinson Funeral Home.
