BARENTINE ******************* Joseph L. "Joe Joe" Barentine, 22, of Hot Springs died Sunday, Jan. 12, 1997, in a local hospital. Born Jan. 23, 1974, in Hot Springs, he was Baptist. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Everett Barentine Jr. and Cathy of Hot Springs; his mother, Maria Milam of Hot Springs; a brother, Zackery Ferrell of Hot Springs; two sisters, Melodie Ferrell and Crystal Book, both of Hot Springs; his paternal grandparents, Everett and Polly Barentine of Hot Springs; his maternal grandmother, Nina Tague of Hot Springs; his maternal grandfather, Leeroy Fields of Hot Springs; seven aunts and uncles, George Fields, Charles Fields, Dorothy Ford, Phil and Julie Fisher, Beckie and Paul Guthrie, all of Hot Springs, and Lee Fields of California. The body will be cremated. Joseph had many friends and was loved by all who knew him. He will be deeply missed. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Wed., Jan. 15, 1997, in the Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Charles Chambers officiating. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, Tenn.
