The Sheridan Headlight 5 Feb 1984
Vonnie Crutchfield, 73, of Sheridan died Saturday at his home from acute 
myocardial infarction.

He was a former employee of Williams Lumber Company of Sheridan and Buie 
Funeral Home. 

He was a member of the First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church of Sheridan.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Madeline Booth Crutchfield; three sons, 
Carthel Lee Crutchfield of Sheridan, Donald Ray Crutchfield, of Satellite 
Beach Florida; and Robert Franklin Crutchfield of St. Louis, Missouri; a 
daughter Vighnita Clinton of Virginia Beach Virginia.; two sisters, Mrs. Ada 
Smith of Hot Springs, and Mrs. Margaret Winkle of Sheridan, and five 
grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held Wednesday at Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan by 
Reverend E. Lowe Stone. Burial was in Philadelphia Cemetery at Prattsville.
