H. Crutchfield. Dies at Age 88 Herbert Crutchfield, aged 88, of Grant County 
died Monday at the Grant County Nursing Home. He moved here from Blytheville 
seven years ago.  Mr. Crutchfield was a retired timber worker and was a 
Baptist. Survivors include two sons, Luther Crutchfield of North Hollywood, 
California, and Ira Crutchfield of Marshall Islands; three daughters, Thelma 
Crutchfield and Thelah Crutchfield, both of San Francisco, and Mrs. Lethena 
Robey of Portland, Oregon; two sisters, Mrs. Julia I. Winston and Mrs. Clara 
Ashcraft, both of Sheridan; a stepson, David Shepard of Denver; a 
stepdaughter, Mrs. Doris Clouse of Blytheville, and five grand-children.
