Sheridan, Arkansas
Ewell E. Deer of Leola, Arkansas died Wed., Dec. 30, 1981 at age 78.
He was a retired carpenter and a member of Brush Creek Missionary Baptist 
Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Albertice Shearer Deer; a son, James Deer of 
Mabelvale; a daughter, Mrs. Louann Counts of Booneville, Miss.; 2 brothers: 
Earl Deer of Sparkman and Elwood Deer of Little Rock; 4 sisters: Myrtle Brewer 
of Hamburg, Evora Naylor of Maryland, Ether Deer and Winnie G. Butler, both of 
Malvern; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Funerla services were held Sat., Jan. 2, 1982 at Brush Creek Missionary 
Baptist Church by Bro. Ronnie Hardin and Dr. C.N. Glover. Burial was in Brush 
Creek Cemetery by Atkinson Funeral Home of Malvern.
