Henry Graden Hester July 10. 2001 ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE

 SHERIDAN -- Henry Graden Hester of Sheridan was born Sept., 24, 1908
in Beebe, Ark., to the late Taylor H. and Viola Roper Hester. He died
July 8, 2001, at his home at the age of 92. Mr. Hester was a member
of Ain Missionary Baptist Church, a retired Blacksmith with Cotton Belt
Railroad in Pine Bluff, and preceded in death by a son, Irven Hester,
in 1995 and his wife, Ruby Inez Jones Hester, March 3, 1987.

Survivors: son, William "Bud" Hester, Sheridan; daughters, Josephine
Bearden, Pine Bluff, Imogene Taylor, Little Rock, Bonnie Willingham,
Millington, Tenn., Dortha McCleland, Norma Culpepper and Sharon
Peacock, all of Sheridan; 22 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; one
nephew and one niece.

Visitation 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Buie Funeral Home, Sheridan. Funeral
Wednesday, July 11, 2001, 10 a.m., Buie Funeral Home Chapel. Ministers,
Rev. Brad Warren and Rev. Jim Ivy. Burial, Lost Creek Cemetery.
Pallbearers, grandsons.
