CAROLYN COX BEESON

Carolyn Cox Beeson, 74, Littleton, Colo., formerly of Malvern died, Tuesday,
Aug. 25, 1997, at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.   She
was born in Malvern July 30, 1923, to the late George B. and Berthia Adams
Cox.  She was married to Bernie Beeson, son of the late William Waters and
LucillePhillips Beeson of Malvern, who died Feb. 18, 1997.

Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Beverly Beeson Herrington
and David and Carol Beeson Kube and Dan;  one son, David Phillip Beeson;
 four grandchildren, Loren Herrington Chester, Stacey Dean Herrington, and
Audrey Lorel and Brett Beeson Kube;  one sister, Sarah Ann and her husband,
Dale Beeson;  one brother-in-law and his wife, Glendean.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Aug. 30, 10 a.m., in the chapel of
Atkinson Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Smith officiating.  Burial will follow in
Oak Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Atkinson Funeral Home.  Memeorials
may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
