ROBERTA ALINE FOWLER

Robert Aline Fowler, 79, of Conway, formetly of Malvern, died Saturday, Aug.
23, 1997, at the Conway Regional Medical Center.  She was born June 3, 1918,
at Malvern to the late William R. and Louisa Cunningham Sesser.  She was a
retired nurse and was of the Baptist faith.  Whe was preceded in death by her
husband, Max E. Fowler.
Survivors include three daughters, Ruth Purdy of Conway, Maxine Cazer of
Conway,and Barbara Shinall of Houston, Texas; one sister, Estelle Lane of
Crockett, Texas;  four grandchildren;  and three great-grandchildren.  
Graveside services were hild at 11 a.m. today, Aug. 26, at Gilcrist Cemetery
with Rev. Patrick Hancock officiating.  Burial was under the direction of
Atkinson Funeral Home.
