She had lived in Malvern since 1959. She was born on Aug. 31, 1924, in Willow, Ark., to the late Horace G. and Mary Ethel Young. She was a retired co-owner of Malvern Bowling Center and a member of Hunter's Chapel United Methodist Church. Mrs. Foiles was an avid bowler and was a member of the Little Rock Women's Bowling Association for more than 50 years. She is survived by her husband, W. G. "Dub" Foiles, to whom she was married on 16 Nov, 1945, in Little Rock; four sisters, Ida Mae Voss of Broken Arrow, Okla., Emogene Pettit, Inez Hays and Dorothy Bollicra all of Malvern; four brothers, Arlis Young of Malvern, Reece Young of Traskwood, Nolen Young of Canon City, Colo., and Craig Young of Camden. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral will be 11 a.m. today, July 13 1998, in the chapel of Regency Funeral Home with Rev. Roy P. Smith officiating. Burial will be in Hunter's Chapel Cemetery.
