ROBERT LYNN HOLT

     Robert Lynn Holt, 44, of Malvern died June 8, 1996, at the
University of Arkansas of Medical Sciences in Little Rock.  Born
Feb. 7, 1952, to Jackie and Jane Heiss Holt in Pine Bluff, he was
employed for Wheeling Machine Products Manufacturing as a
Controller, a Missionary Baptist and was active in community
affairs.
     Survivors include his wife Ginger (Hicks) Holt of Malvern;
three daughters, Emily Lauren Holt, Holly Renee Holt and Juliana
Holt, all of Malvern;  his mother Jane Holt of Sheridan;  two
sisters, Lee Ann Holt and Nedra Katherine Holt, both of Little Rock.
     Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. June 10, 1996, at the
Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Warren Richardson
officiating.  Burial will be in the Philadelphia Cemetery under the
direction of Atkinson Funeral Home.
     Pallbearers were David Bean, Phil Clayton, Terry Green, Paul
Roberts, Jerry Ballard and Claire Langley.  Honorary pallbearers
were  the PineBluff Nooners Basketball Team players.  Visitation was
held June 9.

Malvern, 72104.
