Woodrow Lloyd Stanley
Woodrow Lloyd Stanley, 77, of Malvern, died Monday, March 1, 1993, at the Hot
Spring County Memorial Hospital. He was born July 9, 1915, in Malvern to the
late Warren Stanley and Naomi Brent Stanley. He was retired from Featherlite,
Inc., as a steelworker, a member of Steelworkers Union and a Baptist. He was
preceded to death by his wife Carrie Marie Pevehouse Stanley.
Survivors include four sons, Charles Stanley of Springdale, Donald Stanley,
James M. Stanley, Billy Stanley; five daughters, Francis Layman, Ann Stacy,
Ethel Nix, Linda Faingnaert, all of Malvern, Glenda Thompson of Benton; 16
grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Thursday, March 4, at 2 p.m. in Ouachita Cemetery.
Rev. David Malone will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of
Atkinson Funeral Service, Inc.
Pallbearers will be Raymond Ward, Larry Elliot, Bill Ward, J.L. Kemp, Jake
Henson, Boodle Willingham and Joe Phillips.
Visitation will be today, 7-8:30 p.m., at the funeral home.
