Harbin R} This deed this twelfth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty two between William Brickey late a musician in the army of the United States being now of Prince George County in the state of Maryland of the one part and George William Harbin of the same County and state aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth that the said William Brickey for and in consideration of this sum of one hundred dollars current money to him in hand paid by the said George William Harbin the receipt where of the said William Brickey doth hereby acknowledge and from every part and parcel thereof doth hereby ___ exonerate and discharge the said George William Harbin his heirs executors and administrators _____ the said William Brickey hat granted bargained sold, _______ _______ offer and confirmed and by these doth grant bargain sell?, alien ____ and confirm unto the said George William Harbin his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract of land containing three hundred and twenty acres lying and being in the Territory of Arkansas – being the South half of section twenty one of township thirteen North in range four West, in the tract appropriated by Acts of Congress passed on and since the sixth day of May, one thousand and eight hundred and twenty for military bounties in the said Territory of Arkansas for which said half section of land, a _____ was issued in favor of the said William Brickey from the General Land Office of the United States dated the thirteenth day of July eighteen hundred and twenty one, which will fully appear by reference therein. To have and to hold the said section of land here ___ and premises hereby granted bargained and sold or mentioned or intended hereby so to be such the said George William Harbin his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said George William Harbin his heirs and assigns forever in witness whereof the said William Brickey hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal, the day and year first above written.
