Rosa was a homemaker, the oldest member of the First Baptist Church, a member of the Mill Creek EHC, and a Charter member of Eastern Star. She had been a resident of Izard County all of her life. Survivors include: 2 daughters; Mrs. Rhea Walker and Mrs. Laverne Robertson, both of Melbourne; 1 siser, Mrs. Hulda Marchant of Dallas, Texas, 2 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grand daugher. Services were held March 7, at Howard Chapel officiate by Don Sanders. Pallbearers were: Eudell Smith, Lon Smith, John Copeland, Charles Harris, Jay Harris, and Shannon Womack. Burial was at Melbourne Cemetery.
