inventoried by Ardith G. Foster and James Logan Morgan"

"This cemetery, which is located in the northwest quarter of Section 27,
Township 13 North, Range 3 West, about 2 miles south of Elgin, was
inventoried in 1970 and 1967.  The south part (south of the road 
dividing the cemetery) was copied 13 Aug 1967 by James Logan Morgan, 
while the north part was copied 30 Sep 1970 by Ardith G. Foster and 
James Logan Morgan."
