order, and it is from his work that this transcription is made.  A copy
of his work is located in the Circuit Court office at the Jackson 
County Courthouse, Newport, AR.

"The Gourdneck Cemetery is located in Cow Lake Township, in the NW 1/4 
of the SE 1/4 of Section 25, TWP 9 North, Range 1 West.  It is no longer
used.  It was once grown up, but has been cleaned in later years.
Inventoried 15 Feb 1964 by James Logan Morgan."
