Mary Jane Cook-Barrons
February 3, 1906-April 20, 1984
  Mary Jane Barrons, 78, of Jacksonport Arkansas died Friday at Newport
Hospital. She was born in Kingston Arkansas February 3, 1906.
  Survivors include three daughters; Rosa Ovena Wilson of Jacksonport
Arkansas, Lily Marie Knowels of Kenner Louisiana, and Ora Mae Simcox of
Ranger Texas; two sons John Franklin Barrons of Jacksonport Arkansas 
and Thurman James Barrons Sr. of Gretna Louisiana; two sisters, Elsie Yates
of Swifton Arkansas and Ellie Marshall of Vicksburg Mississippi, two
brothers; Doyle Cook of Vicksburg Mississippi and Claudie Cook of 
Valley Park Mississippi; 18 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
  Graveside service are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. today at Ballows Chapel
Cemetery near Grubbs Arkansas with Rev. Billy Ed Morris of Jacksonport
Baptist Church officiating.
