I have a copy of this marriage license stating:

Mr. P.T. Bray [Phillip Taylor Bray] of Smedley in the County of Johnson
and State of Arkansas, aged 36 years and Mrs Luonia Estes of Smedley in
the County of Johnson and State of Arkansas, aged 20 years according to
law; and do you officially sign and return this license to the parties
herein named.

State of Arkansas, County of Johnson
I, W.R. Jacobs, do hereby certify that, on the 14th day of Sept 1887, I
did, duly and according to law, as commanded in the foregoing license,
solemnize the rite and publish the bans of matrimony between the
parties therein name.
