Comerical Henry David Bolen Henry David Bolen 77, of Malvern passed away Tuesday , March 9, 2004 at his home. He was born May 15, 1926 to the late Luther Lee Bolen and late Pauline Williams Bolen. He was a truck driver and retired from Arkansas Face Veneer Company. He was a member of Big Creek Missionary Baptist Church. He serfed his country in the United State Navy and participated in 7 invasions during World War II. He is survived by his wife Wanda Davidson Bolen of 32 years, of Malvern, two sons, Ray Bolen and his wife Francis of Pine Bluff, Mike Bolen and his wife Linda of Pine Bluff, two step-sons, Dennis Hedges and his wife Cindy of Malvern, Steven Hedges and his wife Melissa of Malvern. One Daughter, Carolyn Bolen Melton and her husband C. W. Melton. Two step-daughters, Melissa Henson of Malver and Melanie Heges of Malvern. One brother Cordis Bolen of New Caney, one sister, Agnes Anderson of New Caney, seven grandchildren, six step- grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. He was prceded in death by his parents, Luther Lee Bolen and Pauline Williams Bolen, three brothers, Guy Bolen , Randolph Bolen, Douglas Bolen, and a sister Dessie Bolen Hendrix. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 11, 2004 in Atkinson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Morrison officiating. Interment will be in Big Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers are W. G. Bolen, Elbert Gene Anderson, Stoney Bob Anderson, David Bolen, Barron Bolen, and Johnny Brixey. Honorary Pallbearers are Billy Fred McClarrin, Brad Harp, Ralph Nichols and Dave Patick. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p. m. , Wednesday, March 10, 2004 at the funeral home. Arragements are under the direction of Atkinson Funeral Home of Malvern, Arkansas.
