William Douglas "Doug" Ligon Jr., died January 23, 1994 in Pine Bluff, 
Arkansas.  He was born April 29, 1919 in Star City, Arkansas.  His parents 
were William Douglas Sr., and Mae Edmonds Ligon.  He was a member of First 
Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church and an Army veteran of WWII.

His wife was Bertha Stikeleather Ligon.  
Funeral home that provided services was Ralph Robinson and Son of Pine Bluff.  
He was buried in Leak Cemetery in Lincoln County Arkansas.
