STAR CITY - Lorene Pharr, 88, of Star City, died Friday at Beverly Healthcare in
Heber Springs.

She was born April 16, 1918, in California.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Mount Home United Methodist Church, near
Star City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, T.M. Pharr; two daughters, Rose Marie
Pharr and Betty Jean Haller; and two grandsons.

Survivors include a granddaughter, Danita Kay Jolley of Heber Springs; and four
great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Griffin Funeral Chapel in
Star City with Raymond Reed officiating. Burial will be in Mount Home Cemetery
near Star City.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel of Griffin Funeral
Service in Star City.
