William Benjamin Nixon is the son of Andrew Jackson "Jack" Nixon and his 2nd 
wife, Lizzie Frances "Fanny" Atkins

Emma Singleton is the daughter of Samuel N. Singleton and Cornelia Davis.  
Samuel died 4 Dec 1889 and Cornelia married 2nd to Edward E. Culver; then 3rd 
to ?________ Holmes.

Mrs. E. E. Culver is Emma's Mother, Cornelia.

R. L. McGehee is Robert Lee McGehee, husband of Willam's sister, Ada Ellen 
(Nixon) McGehee.

J. D. Reed is John D. Reed, husband of Emma's sister, Sallie (Singleton) Reed.

Since the ceremony was at Emma's mother's, it took place in Lincoln Co., 
Arkansas.  According to data found on the FamilySearch.org site, the license 
was obtained at the Jefferson Co., Arkansas court house in Pine Bluff:
