Josie Whitecotton
Mrs.Josie Ellen Whitecotton, 96, of Euliss, Texas, a former resident of
Delaware, died Monday, June 28.
She was a native of Shoal Creek (Logan County), and was the daughter
of the late Kale and Ida M. Bell Sims.
Survivors include a son, Murray Whitecotton and Johnny Whitecotton both
of Delaware; three sisters, Mrs. Eula Blair, Mrs. Leona Fairless and
Mrs. Donie Horn of California; and a stepson; and 16 grandchildren and
68 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral was at 1 p.m. Thursday at Cornwell Chapel at Dardanelle by the
Rev. Lonnie Guess. Burial was in Graves Cemetery at Delaware by
Cornwell Funeral Service.
