She was a longtime member of the Cabot Church of Christ. Survived by a sister, Mary M McCown of Clearwater, Fla.; a niece, Frances Self of Ocala, Fla.; Two great-nephews; three great-nieces; three great-great-nephews and two great-great-nieces. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 9 p.m., today, March 19, 1998. Services will be 10 a.m., Friday, March 20, 1998, at the Cabot Church of Christ. Interment in Mt Carmel Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Paula Hutchison; two sons; one daughter; his mother, Bobbie Tillman; father, Bobby Jackson; five sisters; two brothers; two grandmothers; and a host of aunts. ENGLAND - Willie White Archer, 94, of England passed away Tuesday, March 24, 1998. She was born Feb 21, 1904, in Lonoke County. She was a resident of Jefferson County for 40 years and a member of Plum Bayou Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alba Archer; two sons, Clyde Archer and Otis (Doc) Archer; and one daughter, Maxine Archer. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law. Herchel and Betty Archer of England; two daughters-in-law, Madge Archer of Lonoke and Toni Archer of Pine Bluff; two brothers, Melvin White and Odel White of Phoenix, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Progressive Club, Federated Women's Club, a former den mother for the Boy Scouts, former member of the Parent Teachers Association and the Band Parents Club. She was a homemaker and a graduate of Arkansas State Teachers College in Conway. She is survived by her husband, Charles Hunt; two sons, Craig Hunt of Pine Bluff and Blake Hunt of Morrilton; one sister, Betty Joe Haake of Carlisle; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be today (27 Mar 1998) at the First United Methodist Church in Carlisle at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Carlisle Cemetery. She owned Crow and Ellis Coffee and Restaurant Supplies and was a member of the First Baptist Church, North Little Rock, and the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Lucy Wright; husband, Fred Crow; three sisters; and six brothers. She is survived by a son, Billy Gene Wright of Siloam Springs; daughter Sherry Carr of Cabot; brother William Wright of North Little Rock; four grandchildren, Christy Hamby of Jacksonville, Michael Hamby of Cabot, Christopher Wright and Elizabeth Wright of Siloam Springs; and great-granddaughter, Brianna Hamby of Jacksonville. "Buster" Bennett, 91, of Cabot, passed away Monday, March 30, 1998. He was born March 20, 1907 at Sylvania, Ark. and was a member of Cabot United Methodist Church; owner and operator of Standard Oil and Exxon Service Station in Ward for over 40 years. Mr. Bennett was preceded in death by his loving wife, Velma Bennett. He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Carolyn Bennett of Hot Springs; one daughter and son-in-law, Marjorie Ann and Jimmie Bell of Cabot; two grandsons, Dr. Larry J. Bell of Cabot, and Dr. Blake Bennett of North Little Rock; one granddaughter, Brooke Bennett of Texas; one sister, Gladys Marshall of Ward. ENGLAND -- Gwendolyn Wolfe, age 73, of England died Sunday, March 29, 1998. She was born June 5, 1924, in England, Ark., to Frederick Alfred Murray, Sr. and Maggie McMurray Hopper Murray. She was a retired bank teller and a member of the First Baptist Church in England. Survivors include one son, Dr. Michael Samuel Wolfe, and daughter-in-law, Lisa Wolfe, Forth Smith; two grandchildren, Caitlin Wolfe, Fort Smith, Garrett Wolfe, Fort Smith. She was preceded in death by her brother, Fred Murray, and her sister, Freda Murray Thompson. Graveside services are set for Wednesday (1 Apr 1998) at 11 a.m. at Mulberry Cemetery in England.
