Funeral services were to be held at 4 p.m. Monday at the Sylverino Baptist
Church for A. A. Aaron, 85, Rt. 1, Box 419, Texarkana, who died Saturday in
a local hospital. Dr. Lewis E. Lemmond was to officiate and burial was to
be in the Sylverino Cemetery.

Mr. Aaron was a lifetime resident of Miller County. A retired farmer, he
was a member of the Sylverino Church.

Survivors include one son, Arlie Aaron of Texarkana; three daughters, Mrs.
Ruby Briggs of Texarkana, Mrs. Esther Jones of Beaumont, Texas, and Mrs.
Myrtis Briggs of Midland Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Lula Rose of Texarkana
and Mrs. G.G. Billingsley of Texarkana; one brother, E.F. Aaron of
Texarkana; 13 grand-chilldren; 29 great grandchildren; and a number of
nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Morris Aaron, Wesley, Donald R. Jones, Jay Jones, Tommy
Briggs, and John A. Briggs.
