Death resulted from a heart attack. She was a member of the Arabella Heights Church and belonged to the Rebeccas. Survivors include her husband, J. H. Baxter, three sons, E. L. Edwards of Joliet, Ill., Billy Joe Baxter of Alexandria, L., and Marion Dale Baxter of Louisiana; one daughter, Mrs. R. O. Barten of Columbus, Texas, five nephews, Johnny Lynn Pickard of San Diego, Mitch Pickard, Billy Pickard, Henry Pickard, and Glynn Pickard, two nieces, Carolyn and Patsy Pickard, a sister in law, Mrs. W. D. Satterfield, one sister, Mrs. Clara Martin of Shreveport and a brother, Billy Groves of Mississippi. The body will remain at the East Funeral Home pending completion of funeral arrangements. Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle Marie Baxter 54, who died of a heart attack Saturday at her home at Route 4, Texarkana, Arkansas, will be held at 4 p.m. Monday at the Arrabella Heights Church with the Rev. ?? officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Grove cemetery. Pallbearers will be R. C. Walker, D. V. Moore. Allen Martin, A. W. Callicutt, William Avance and Roy Avance.
