Died 7 April 1926  Texarkana, Miller County, Ark.

Funeral for Pioneer to Be Held Wednesday

The funeral services for Anthony B.Sweeney, 74, who died at the family
home, 406 Beech Street, at 5 o'clock Monday afternoon, will be held
Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Edwards Church on Beech street. Rev.
Fr. O. B. Clarendon will officiate. Interment will be in Sacred Heart
Cemetery.

Mr. Sweeney, who was a pioneer resident of Texarkana, leaves beside his
wife Mary, five sons, A. B. Sweeney of Shreveport, J.O. Sweeney of Waco, G.
E. Sweeney of El Paso, J. L. and L. T. Sweeney of Texarkana; one daughter,
Mrs. M. D. O'Brien of Lordsburg, N.M.

Active pallbearers are J. P. Reynolds, W. E. Bann, A. L. Doyle, E. J. Fant,
R. R. Motts, Frank Carrara.  Honorary ... Dan Gallagher, Pat Cawley, J. C.
